Online recruitment heavy weight Monster is set to complete the acquisition of the Chinese recruitment site ChinaHR, reports Marbridge Consulting.
The time limit set in 2005 by Monster and ChinaHR in which Monster would either help the company IPO or purchase the business has now expired.
A spokesperson at Monster reported as part of the company’s second quarter conference call that the trade should complete within the third quarter. The acquisition price is expected to be relatively low.
